RIO's Tractor Light

The original Tractor is tied using lead eyes on top of the shank to make the fly ride with the hook point facing up.  But some find this fly too heavy for their liking.  We tied the Tractor Light with brass eyes and placed them under the shank.  This keep the hook riding point down.  The fly is much easier to cast and has a very clean retrieve.
