Used the AT3474 trailing a tube fly while swinging for winter steelhead in the Great Lakes region. While fishing near a sweeper the hook became imbedded in a sunken log. Thinking I’d have to break off, as I was using 12 lbs leader, the hook broke at the bend instead. That has never happen to me, either I break the leader or straighten the hook. The jury is still out as this was the first time I’ve used this hook.
